Scandalousssss. our resident gay in action. As always after training. You see, our love transcends to unbelievable extents <3>

for some random starters , the gel didnt really smell that bad afterall lah . Haha when you get upclose with it with smudges of it all over your body then you'll realise the fragrance of the gel. Then again, its dirt cheap, so cant expect much .
Which in anycase , i 've got some uber sweet smelling aroma therapy body wash which i so kindly supplied to those involved in the gel-out.

yes SWEET SMELLING, better than the gel itself , ( and argubly better than Wee Ling's deodorant.)


Lohei was nice , save for the absence of fish, and the presence of pple who doesnt know how to use the chopsticks properly.



OK here's what i wanted to say

Orientation for JAE J1s is tmrw, so that means its the start of the year proper for J1. And i was thinking we didnt spend enough time with them. Or so whomever is left, i still dunno. Somehow for them , comments go that it's been very welfare for them. Aye and so it goes..


And maybe for those who left, they never knew we had this blog, nor the official site , nor the names of all of us .

They probably wouldnt feel what it is like to gym with our seemingly insane weights, the feel of doing the k1 , the hangouts at the tauhuey shop , the dinners at TM, the night study session at the cafe, the protein powders , the hour-plus-long coach debriefs , the wind on the boat-carrying-lorries , the crowds at a race , the capsizes , the swims back from the middle of reservoir, the laughs , the scandals and insults . The list is non exhaustive



Basically , to sum it up, the TEAM .




Not to mention the BTs and MSAs and prelims and whatnot coming up, the all important races that define us as canoeists.


So while still in the midst of it all, pple, treasure your place in the team, train hard , and live the year fruitfully !

and poor jack (and ceyong) got flooded with gel and marcoroni.
the gel smelt really bad though, aha but its once a year so...
